The Journal of Law and Jurisprudence – Court of Justice of the State of Santa Catarina is a double‑blind, peer‑reviewed, interdisciplinary periodical devoted to advancing legal scholarship with an emphasis on the Brazilian legal system. It serves as a premier forum for academics and practitioners to exchange insights, critical analyses and forward‑looking perspectives on contemporary legal issues, fostering an inclusive space for rigorous, collaborative debate.

Scope

The journal welcomes theoretically grounded and practice‑oriented manuscripts on a broad range of topics, including—but not limited to—judicial process and administration, sustainable development, human rights, environmental law, corporate governance, criminal justice, international and comparative law, intellectual property, digital law and cybersecurity. Submissions from both Brazilian and international authors are encouraged, particularly those that illuminate the unique challenges and developments shaping Brazil’s legal landscape.
